If we have not had the pleasure of working with you before, an account will need to be created prior to completing your order. A member of our Sales Team will guide you through this quick and simple process by assisting with the credit terms and payment processes.
We ask that you provide us with 5-7 business days for production of your order, plus 1-2 days for shipping. However, our team is very well versed in the Hospitality Industry and we get that things happen! We will do everything we can to accommodate those needs for you. Please note that custom orders or orders placed during peak business periods may require a minimum of 2-3 weeks of advanced notice. For rush orders, contact our Sales Team for expedited order processing.
Our products are typically shipped overnight via FedEx. Large orders with advanced notice are potentially eligible for shipping via refrigerated truck. Contact our Sales Team for further information.
Once your order is placed, you will receive an email with tracking information, or you can contact our Sales Team for further assistance.
Simply email a camera-ready logo in pdf or .jpeg format to our Sales Team and they can assist with size and shape options. We have Graphic Artists on site that can format your custom logo and provide a digital proof for your review!
We offer a large assortment of molds and can customize current artwork and product offerings to match your theme or specific needs. Our Sales Team can assist in creating the perfect product to fit your needs.
Our dark chocolate shelf life is 6 months and white chocolate is 3 months; pending proper storage practices.
We recommend keeping the chocolate in a cool, dry storage area. If your order contains products with artwork on it, we recommend keeping it in the original packaging without direct light contact. We do not recommend refrigerating our chocolate products for an extended period.
